A bit of history
ALTUS was founded in 1997 by its Managing Director James Comte when he created our very first Adventure Course in Talloires in France close to Annecy in Haute Savoie. Since then we have built over 100 High Wire Rope Courses in 12 different countries, including big zip lines, Discovery Courses "the Forest of Senses", Grand Courses (Adventure Courses for adults), Adventure Courses for children either with a continuous lifeline or a self-belay system; either in forests on trees or on artificial supports.

Number of employees: from 16 to 30 according to the season
